• Full-time Master’s Degree in Engineering/Technology or equivalent from a recognized institution

🔹 Consultant (Research Infrastructure & Lab Development)

• Ph.D. + Full-time Master’s Degree in Engineering/Technology

🔹 Consultant (Public Relations)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations / Journalism / Mass Communication / Management

• Certification in Public Relations (Desirable)

🔹 Sports Officer

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) or B.P.E.S.

• Master’s Degree (M.P.Ed.) preferred

🔹 Consultant (Media)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism / Mass Communication

Experience Requirements

• Senior Consultant: Minimum 4 years of experience in Government/University/PSU/Private Institutions

• Research Consultant: At least 1.5 years in teaching, research, or infrastructure development

• Public Relations Consultant: Minimum 3 years in PR, branding, or media communication

• Sports Officer: Minimum 3 years in sports administration or coaching

• Media Consultant: Minimum 3 years in content creation, design, or media handling

 Roles and Responsibilities

1. Senior Consultant (Project Development)

• Plan and manage academic and training projects

• Develop proposals and industry collaboration programs

• Monitor project timelines and implementation

2.  Consultant (Research Infrastructure)

• Develop research labs and training facilities

• Review DPRs and tender documents

• Coordinate with institutions and government bodies

3. Consultant (Public Relations)

• Handle branding, media communication, and outreach

• Manage digital campaigns and social media platforms

• Coordinate academic promotions and events

4. Sports Officer

• Organize sports events and tournaments

• Maintain sports facilities and infrastructure

• Promote student participation in fitness programs

5. Consultant (Media)

• Design promotional materials and digital content

• Manage social media and outreach strategies

• Support branding and communication initiatives

 Contract Duration

• Initial appointment for 1 year

• Extendable up to 2 years based on performance and organizational requirements
