Salary & Benefits

• During Probation: 1 Year

• After Successful Probation:

  • Basic Pay: ₹75,000 per month

  • HRA: As per city of posting

  • Conveyance & Mobile Allowance: ₹6,500 per month

Educational Qualification

• MBA / PGDM (Operations) OR

• B.Tech from a reputed institution

Experience Required

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in ride-hailing / mobility organizations

Roles & Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Manage large-scale fleets (EV & Non-EV) including owned and leased vehicles

• Ensure high uptime, reliability, and cost efficiency

• Oversee daily operations: driver management, customer service, city operations, repairs & maintenance, and charging infrastructure

Process Improvement

• Redesign and implement SOPs to reduce downtime and improve turnaround time

• Streamline operational workflows for efficiency

Leadership & Strategy

• Strong understanding of India’s mobility industry

• Ability to network and coordinate with government bodies, regulators, and industry leaders

• Participate in strategic planning and execution across cities

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure safety audits and enforcement of safety standards

• Maintain regulatory compliance with transportation laws and guidelines

Performance & Cost Management

• Analyze operational data for performance improvement

• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective measures

• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and enhance profitability

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 40 years (as on 31 December 2025)

• Age relaxation may be provided to highly deserving candidates
