Educational Qualification & Experience
Assistant Professor Grade I:
✅ Ph.D. with First Division at the preceding degree level.
✅ Minimum 3 years of teaching/research/industrial experience (excluding Ph.D. period).
Assistant Professor Grade II:
✅ Ph.D. with First Division at the preceding degree level.
✅ Fresh Ph.D. holders or those with less than 3 years of experience (Initial contract for 3 years, subject to review for regularization).
📌 Note: Candidates must have a strong academic and research background. Selection will be based on merit, and meeting the minimum qualification does not guarantee an interview call.
Pay Scale & Benefits

✅ Research Grants: ₹25 Lakhs as an initial research fund.
✅ Professional Development Allowance: ₹3 Lakhs for every 3-year block period.
✅ International Mobility Research Grant: ₹5 Lakhs for collaborative research with foreign institutions.
✅ Medical benefits, pension scheme, and education allowance for children up to Class 12.
✅ Honorarium of ₹15,000/month for fellows of premier academies like INSA, INAE, IASc, and NASI.
