Qualification & Experience:

• Assistant Professor:

  • Master’s degree in relevant discipline (e.g., MBA, M.Com, M.A. Economics, etc.) with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade from a recognized university.

  • Qualified in NET/SET or Ph.D. in the relevant discipline.

  • Minimum 2 years of teaching/research/industry experience preferred.

• Associate Professor:

  • Ph.D. degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized university.

  • Minimum 8 years of teaching/research/industry experience, with at least 3 years at the Assistant Professor level or equivalent.

• Professor:

  • Ph.D. degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized university.

  • Minimum 10 years of teaching/research/industry experience, including at least 4 years as Associate Professor or equivalent.

  • Strong record of research publications and academic leadership is preferred.
