1. Team Leader

   • Qualification: PG in Engineering/Planning/MBA

   • Experience: 15+ years with leadership on 2+ DPR-based industrial/urban projects

2. Deputy Team Leader cum Infra Engineering Expert

   • Qualification: PG in Civil/Infra Engineering

   • Experience: 10+ years in integrated township/corridor DPR design

3. Finance Expert cum Industry Analyst (Market Expert)

   • Qualification: MBA/PGDM (Finance)

   • Experience: 10+ years in financial modeling of industrial/logistics infrastructure

4. Architect

   • Qualification: PG in Architecture/Urban Planning

   • Experience: 10+ years, 2+ DPR projects for urban/industrial infra

5. Structural Engineer

   • Qualification: PG in Structural Engineering

   • Experience: 10+ years in infra design incl. roads, bridges, and buildings

6. Transportation cum Logistics Expert

   • Qualification: PG in Transportation/Highway Engineering

   • Experience: 10+ years in transport/logistics studies for SEZs, FTWZs

7. Water Supply & Wastewater Design Expert

   • Qualification: PG in Civil/Environmental/Public Health Engineering

   • Experience: 10+ years in WTP/STP/RWH infra planning

8. Power Supply Expert

   • Qualification: PG in Electrical Engineering

   • Experience: 10+ years in power infra for SEZs/townships

9. ICT Expert

   • Qualification: PG in Electronics/Telecom/IT/Computer Science

   • Experience: 10+ years in ICT infra for smart/urban/industrial planning

10. Environment Expert

    • Qualification: PG in Environmental Science/Engineering

    • Experience: 10+ years in EIAs, risk assessments, SWM/STP projects

11. PPP cum Procurement Expert

    • Qualification: PG in Engineering/MBA

    • Experience: 10+ years, 5+ PPP transactions in infra sector

12. Legal Expert

    • Qualification: PG in Law (LLM)

    • Experience: 10+ years in urban/industrial infra legal advisory
