Experience Required: 5–7 years
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation and verification of client and subcontractor bills
Quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation
Cost monitoring and variance reporting
Coordination with site execution and client billing teams
Understanding of contracts, change orders, and variation claims
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in high-rise construction projects
Proven expertise in quantity surveying, client billing, and project cost control
Detail-oriented and excellent coordination skills
Familiar with MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software
