QUALIFICATIONS :

Faculty Positions (Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor):

• A Ph.D. from a leading global or Indian institution is mandatory.

• Strong research background and a passion for education and innovation.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage students in a dynamic learning environment.

Leadership Positions (Deans & Directors):

• Distinguished, well-published academician with proven institution-building abilities at global or Indian institutions.

• Strong global linkages with academia and industry.

• Demonstrated leadership and ability to attract top research faculty.

Professor of Practice:

• 15 years of experience in relevant industry/allied fields in key senior management positions, along with a Ph.D. degree.

• 20 years of experience in relevant industry/allied fields in key senior management roles, with a postgraduate qualification.

Research Faculty:

• Symbiosis University offers a dedicated cadre for research-focused faculty who are primarily pursuing research. These faculty members will have reduced teaching responsibilities with special incentives for their research contributions.
