Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent from a Bar Council of India-recognized university/institute.Experience:
5–10 years post-qualification experience as:Practicing lawyer/legal consultant with reputed law firms OR
Legal Officer in a government department/PSU dealing with service rules, arbitration, contracts, CATs, High Court/Supreme Court matters.
Must be registered with the Bar Council of India (Advocate Act 1961).
Domain Knowledge:
Working knowledge of:CCS, CCA Rules
Disciplinary Rules
General Financial Rules
Arbitration and Contract Laws
Drafting legal contracts and notices
Desirable Qualifications:
PG Degree/Diploma in Law or Civil Services Rules
Proficiency in service matters, excellent communication & drafting skills
