Qualification Details

🔸 For Teaching Posts (Principal, Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor):

• Qualifications and experience as per AICTE / GTU norms.

• Applicants must possess:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management and

  • A Master’s Degree in the relevant discipline with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade.

  • NET/PhD or relevant research/publication credentials (as per AICTE norms).

  • Minimum years of teaching/research/industry experience as applicable to the post.

🔸 For Non-Teaching Posts:

• Accountant:

  • B.Com/M.Com or equivalent degree from a recognized university.

  • Working knowledge of Tally ERP and at least 3 years of experience in accounting/finance roles.

• Girls Hostel Warden:

  • Graduate in any discipline.

  • Preference to candidates with experience in student or hostel management.

  • Should be female, well-organized, and capable of managing hostel administration.

• Training and Placement Officer:

  • MBA in HR/Marketing or relevant field.

  • 2–5 years of experience in placement coordination or industry linkage roles, preferably in educational institutions.

  • Strong communication and networking skills.

• Campus Manager:

  • Graduate with 3–5 years of experience in campus administration, facility management, or event coordination.

  • Leadership and crisis-handling abilities are desirable.

• Counselor:

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.

  • 2+ years of experience in academic or personal counseling roles, preferably in educational settings.
