Qualification Requirements

Teaching Positions (Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Professor):

• Must meet UGC Norms for respective posts which include:

  • A Master’s degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade in the relevant subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.

  • Qualify in NET/SLET/SET or possess a Ph.D. degree as per UGC regulations.

  • Relevant teaching/research/industry experience as per norms.

  • For Associate Professor and Professor posts, additional years of teaching and research experience along with published work as defined by UGC are required.

• Candidates with higher qualifications, notable research publications, and prior experience in the respective departments will be preferred.

Non-Teaching Positions:

• Data Entry Operator cum Office Assistant: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in office administration and data handling.

• Sports Coaches: Diploma in Coaching from National Institute of Sports (NIS), Patiala with 2-3 years coaching experience.
