Eligibility Criteria:

Academic Staff:

• Vice Chancellor: Proven leadership in higher education with a minimum of 15 years of experience in academic administration and research.

• Dean of Schools: Ph.D. with at least 12 years of experience in higher education leadership.

• Professor: Ph.D. with a minimum of 10 years of teaching/research/industry experience.

• Associate Professor: Ph.D. with at least 8 years of relevant experience.

• Assistant Professor: Postgraduate in relevant discipline; Ph.D. preferred.

Non-Teaching Staff Positions:

• Controller of Examination

• Deputy Registrar

• Assistant Registrar

• IQAC Coordinator

• Director of Admission

• Administrative Officer

• System Administrator

• Assistant Manager (HR)

Non-Teaching Staff Eligibility Criteria:

• Registrar/Controller of Examination/Deputy Registrar/Assistant Registrar/IQAC Coordinator:

  • Master’s degree in relevant discipline with at least 5-10 years of administrative experience in an educational institution.

  • Preference for candidates with a background in university administration.

• Director of Admission/Marketing Executive/Training & Placement Officer:

  • Postgraduate in Management/Marketing/HR with relevant experience in the respective field.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• System Administrator/Computer Operator/Stenographer:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent for technical positions with relevant work experience.

  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms.

• Other Administrative Roles (Office Assistant, PA/PS to VC, Lab Staff, etc.):

  • Graduate degree with relevant experience in the respective domain.

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Retired Government employees (up to 62 years of age) are also eligible to apply.
