Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
Preference: Ex-Army / Police personnel
Preferred: Master’s in Safety Management or MBA
Alternative: Diploma in Industrial Safety with relevant experience
Mandatory Certifications
International General Certificate (IGC) in Occupational Health & Safety
First Aid / CPR Certification
Experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Experience in ride-hailing or mobility sector preferred
Key Responsibilities
Driver onboarding & background verification
Safety training programs
Vehicle inspection and compliance
Incident investigation & reporting
Regulatory compliance and safety audits
Promoting a safety-first culture using data and digital tools
2️⃣ Executive (Grievance Handling) – 01 Post
Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM), HR, Business Administration, or related field
Experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Ride-hailing or transport sector experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
Handling customer and driver grievances
Complaint investigation & resolution
Legal and regulatory compliance
Acting as nodal officer for escalated cases
Documentation, trend analysis, and policy review
Liaison with regulators and law enforcement when required
3️⃣ Executive (Call Centre & Reporting) – 01 Post
Qualification
Graduate or equivalent
Experience
Minimum 5 years in customer service or call center operations
Ride-hailing industry experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
Handling inbound & outbound customer calls
Resolving service-related issues
Maintaining CRM records and reports
Achieving call quality and performance targets
Escalation of complex issues
Ensuring professional customer interaction
4️⃣ Executive (HR & Corporate Services) – 01 Post
Qualification
Graduate (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
Experience
Minimum 2 years in HR or related field
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and onboarding
HR policy implementation
Employee records and payroll coordination
Performance appraisal support
Compliance with labor laws
Employee relations and conflict resolution
HR reporting and documentation
Pay & Benefits
Probation Period: 1 year
After Probation:
Basic Pay: ₹45,000/- per month
HRA: As per place of posting
Conveyance & Mobile Allowance: ₹5,000/- per month
