RailTel Corporation of India Limited is a “Navratna” Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Railways. It is one of the largest neutral telecom infrastructure providers in the country, owning a Pan-India optic fiber network. RailTel plays a pivotal role in digital transformation for Indian Railways and other government departments. It offers broadband and VPN services, data center operations, and smart city solutions. Post Details and Eligibility Criteria (Post-wise)

1. Assistant Manager / Technical (E-0 Level)

• Age Limit: 21 to 28 years

• Educational Qualification: Diploma in Electronics or equivalent branches like Electronics & Instrumentation or M.Sc. (Electronics)

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in relevant technical areas as mentioned in Annexure-I.
  Experience must be in Govt./PSU or private organizations with ₹300 Cr+ turnover.

• CTC (Approx.): ₹9 Lakh per annum + Annual Performance Related Pay

2. Deputy Manager / Technical (Network-IP) (E-1 Level)

• Age Limit: 21 to 30 years

• Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engg) or M.Sc. (Electronics)/MCA in branches like Electronics & Telecom, Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in relevant Network/IP domains as per Annexure-I in eligible organizations (₹300 Cr+ turnover).

• Mandatory Certification: Must possess valid CCNA / JNCIA / NRS I or higher certifications from Cisco, Juniper, or Nokia.

• CTC (Approx.): ₹12 Lakh per annum + Annual Performance Related Pay

3. Deputy Manager / Technical (Signalling) (E-1 Level)

• Age Limit: 21 to 30 years

• Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engg) in Electronics & Telecom, Computer Science, IT, etc.
  OR Diploma/PG Diploma in Rail Signalling (AICTE recognized)

• Experience:

  • Degree holders: 2 years in Signalling areas (Annexure-I) in eligible organizations

  • Diploma holders: 1 year experience in Signalling (as above)

• Preferred: Holders of IRSE License from IRSE UK or recognized by NABCB in Railway Signalling Design/Testing/Implementation will be preferred.

• CTC (Approx.): ₹12 Lakh per annum + Annual Performance Related Pay

4. Assistant Manager / Marketing (E-0 Level)

• Age Limit: 21 to 28 years

• Educational Qualification: MBA/PG Diploma (2-year full-time) with specialization in Marketing, Telecom, IT, or equivalent

• Experience: No prior experience required

• CTC (Approx.): ₹9 Lakh per annum + Annual Performance Related Pay

5. Assistant Manager / Finance (E-0 Level)

• Age Limit: 21 to 28 years

• Educational Qualification: MBA/PG Diploma (2-year full-time) with specialization in Finance or equivalent

• Experience: No prior experience required

• CTC (Approx.): ₹9 Lakh per annum + Annual Performance Related Pay
