1️⃣ Company Secretary

Department: Corporate Affairs
Qualification: Company Secretary (CS)
Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI & statutory regulations

  • Manage Board & Committee meetings, agendas, minutes & resolutions

  • Handle ROC, MCA & other regulatory filings

  • Support corporate restructuring, mergers & governance matters

  • Advise management on corporate governance & legal compliance

2️⃣ Assistant Manager – Finance / Investment / Family Office

Department: Finance & Investment
Qualification: MBA (Finance) / Chartered Accountant (CA) with SAP
Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial modelling, budgeting & forecasting

  • Fund management & equity market analysis

  • Monitoring investments & portfolio performance

  • Ensuring financial & regulatory compliance

  • Supporting strategic financial decision-making

3️⃣ GM / DGM / AGM / Manager – Accounts & Finance

Department: Accounts & Finance
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) with SAP
Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounting operations & finalization of accounts

  • Ensure statutory, tax & regulatory compliance

  • Handle project finance & working capital management

  • Prepare balance sheets & financial statements

  • Support budgeting & financial planning
