Qualification Details:

• Principal:

  • PhD mandatory

  • 1st Class at Bachelor’s or Master’s level

  • Minimum 10 years of teaching/industry experience

• Associate Professor & Assistant Professor (Hospitality, Hospital Management, Optometry):

  • 1st Class at Bachelor’s or Master’s level

  • Minimum 5 years teaching/industry experience

  • PhD preferable for Associate Professor positions

• Training & Placement Officer:

  • Graduate from a recognized university

  • English medium background

  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience with excellent communication skills

• Admission Counsellor:

  • Graduate

  • 3-5 years experience in education field

  • Ability to assist students in course selection, registration, and academic planning

• HR Manager:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in industry

• Marketing Manager:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in academic field (mandatory)

• Public Relations Officer:

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Media relations, marketing, conflict resolution, interpersonal skills, and networking

• Front Office Manager:

  • Experience in managing staff, handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining reception area organization
