Job Details

• Position: Civil Engineer (On Contract)

• No. of Posts: 01

• Location: Britonia, Porvorim, Goa

• Job Type: Contractual

• Contract Duration: Initially 6 months, extendable up to 2 years (in blocks of 6 months)

• Walk-in-Interview Date: 2nd June 2025

• Reporting Time for Registration: 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM

• Venue: Golden Tulip Grand View Resort, Candolim, Goa – 403515

 Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute

• Experience: Minimum 3 years post-qualification work experience in Government / Public / Private sector

• Age Limit: 25 to 50 years as of 02/06/2025

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Emoluments: ₹70,000 (Fixed + Variable components)

• Daily Incidental: ₹500/day when deployed outside the place of posting

• Leave: 10 days paid leave per 6-month term

• Taxes: As per applicable norms

 Skills & Responsibilities

Required Skills:

• Experience in civil construction (building/infrastructure/roads)

• Knowledge of IS Codes

• Familiarity with Primavera or MS Project (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning, execution & monitoring of civil works

• Drawing layout preparation, civil specification finalization

• Inventory management and compliance with safety and quality norms

• Coordination with contractors and internal teams

• Ensure adherence to DGMS, OISD, and CIMFR standards

• 1 passport size photo

• Valid ID and address proof

• Original and self-attested copies of DOB, qualification, and experience certificates

• Applicable category certificates (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS/PwD/Ex-Servicemen)

• No Objection Certificate (for working professionals)

Note: Candidates without original documents will not be allowed to appear for the interview.

 General Conditions

• Contract can be terminated by either party with 15 days’ notice

• No TA/DA will be provided for the interview

• Accommodation, transport, and relocation are self-arranged

• Contract does not confer rights for permanent employment

• Posting may be at any OIL project/site/location across India
