Vacancy Details & Salary

NPCC has announced a total of 12 vacancies for various positions. The monthly salary for these positions ranges from ₹25,000 to ₹33,750, along with additional Provident Fund benefits (12% employer contribution) and a fixed medical allowance of ₹1,250 per month.

1️⃣ Site Engineer (Civil) – 3 Vacancies

• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Regular Course)

• Salary: ₹33,750 per month

• Category: UR-3, OBC(NCL)-2, ST-1, EWS-1, SC-1

• Age Limit: 40 years

2️⃣ Site Engineer (Electrical) – 1 Vacancy

• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Regular Course)

• Salary: ₹33,750 per month

• Category: UR

• Age Limit: 40 years

3️⃣ Site Engineer (Mechanical) – 1 Vacancy

• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Regular Course)

• Salary: ₹33,750 per month

4️⃣ Site Engineer (Architect) – 1 Vacancy

• Qualification: B.Arch from a recognized university

• Salary: ₹33,750 per month

5️⃣ Senior Associate (Office Support) – HR – 1 Vacancy

• Qualification: MBA (HR) / Post Graduate in HR

• Salary: ₹33,750 per month

• Category: UR

• Age Limit: 40 years

6️⃣ Senior Associate (Office Support) – Finance – 1 Vacancy

• Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / Postgraduate in Finance

• Salary: ₹33,750 per month

• Category: UR

7️⃣ Junior Engineer (Civil) – 4 Vacancies

• Qualification: 3-Year Diploma in Civil Engineering (Regular Course)

• Salary: ₹25,650 per month

• Category: UR-2, SC-1, OBC(NCL)-1

• Age Limit: 40 years

8️⃣ Assistant (Office Support) – 1 Vacancy

• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university

• Salary: ₹25,000 per month

• Category: UR

• Age Limit: 40 years

📢 In addition to the salary, candidates will receive:
✅ Provident Fund Contribution (12% employer contribution)
✅ Fixed Medical Allowance of ₹1,250 per month

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications:

• Candidates applying for Site Engineer positions must have a B.Tech/B.E. degree in the relevant engineering discipline.

• Candidates applying for Junior Engineer (Civil) must have a 3-year Diploma in Civil Engineering.

• Candidates applying for Senior Associate (HR) and Senior Associate (Finance) must have an MBA (HR/Finance), CA, CMA, or Postgraduate degree in a relevant field.

• Candidates applying for Assistant (Office Support) must be graduates from a recognized university.

Age Limit:
The maximum age limit is 40 years as of 31 March 2025. Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms:

• SC/ST candidates get a 5-year relaxation.

• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates get a 3-year relaxation.

• Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) get a 10-year relaxation.

Selection Process

NPCC will conduct a walk-in interview to assess candidates based on their academic qualifications, relevant experience, and interview performance. Attending the interview does not guarantee selection, and the final decision will be made by NPCC.

Walk-In Interview Schedule & Venue

The interviews will be held at NPCC Limited, Plot No. 148, Sector-44, Gurugram, Haryana, near HUDA Metro Station.

• Site Engineer (Civil): 22 April 2025

• Junior Engineer (Civil): 23 April 2025

• Site Engineer (Electrical, Mechanical, Architect): 24 April 2025

• Senior Associate (HR & Finance), Assistant (Office Support): 25 April 2025

Candidates must report between 9:30 AM and 3:30 PM.

Documents Required for the Interview

Candidates must bring the original documents along with self-attested photocopies for verification. These include:

✔️ Experience Certificates (if applicable)
✔️ Identity Proof (Aadhar Card / Passport / Voter ID)

Important Instructions for Candidates
