Position: Data and Analytics Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide incident, problem, and service request management support via ServiceNow, email, and Teams.

• Handle and prioritize data issues per business requirements.

• Perform triage, documentation, and escalation of technical issues.

• Execute automated data quality checks and resolve inconsistencies.

• Maintain and monitor analytical data assets and BI applications (Power BI, Tableau).

• Assist internal teams with data analytics support and training.

• Support enterprise-wide projects for Data Hub & Spoke teams.

Key Requirements:

• Fluent in written and spoken English.

• Expertise in SQL, Python, AWS Cloud, Snowflake SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.

• Experience in data management lifecycles and ETL design.

• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

• 24×7 support model willingness.

• Strong communication, multitasking, and client-handling skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

• 2+ years of relevant technical experience preferred.
