Vacancy Details

Essential Qualifications & Experience (For PA-II)

• Degree Required:
  M.E. / M.Tech in Microelectronics & VLSI Design

• Minimum CGPA:
  7.0 or above from a recognized University/Institute

• Experience:
  Minimum 2 years of experience in:

  • Chip Design & Tape-out

  • VLSI CAD Tools installation

  • Complete Lab Setup

Desirable Skills (For Both Posts)

Candidates having the following skills will be preferred:

• Working knowledge of Linux environment

• FPGA design and implementation

• RTL Coding in Verilog

• Understanding of bio-signal / biological systems related to seizure detection

Salary & Benefits

• Project Associate-II Salary:
  ₹45,000 per month + HRA
  (Other allowances and increments as per project/institute norms)

• Additional Benefit:
  Selected candidates may get the opportunity to pursue a PhD at NIT Silchar as per institute rules.
