NICMAR Institute is situated on a sprawling 13-acre campus in Delhi-NCR. It is equipped with state-of-the-art teaching labs, digital tools, and high-quality student accommodation. The institute is promoted by the NICMAR Trust, a pioneering public trust dedicated to the promotion of education, research, and professionalism in the construction and allied industries.
Position: Director
Location: Delhi-NCR Campus
As Director, the selected candidate will be responsible for the overall development and growth of the institute, reporting directly to the Chairman of the Governing Body/Director General of the NICMAR Trust. The Director will play a key role in strategic planning, management, and leadership for the campus.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the overall functioning of the campus
Lead academic, research, and administrative initiatives
Foster collaboration and partnerships with industry stakeholders
Ensure adherence to AICTE and government regulations
Eligibility Criteria:
The candidate should be of national and international repute with a proven track record in teaching, research, publications, and leadership across construction and infrastructure business management.
Qualifications and pay scales will be in line with AICTE guidelines and respective state regulations.
The candidate should have extensive experience in academic administration and leadership within the domain.
Compensation:
The management may offer higher compensation for candidates with exceptional qualifications and experience.
The appointment will be for a period of five years or until the candidate attains the age of superannuation, whichever is earlier.
