National Projects Construction Corporation Limited (NPCC) is a Mini Ratna Category-I, Premier Schedule ‘B’ Central Public Sector Undertaking (CPSU) and a subsidiary of WAPCOS Limited. NPCC is engaged in Engineering Construction, Planning, Operation, and Project Management Consultancy across India.

NPCC invites applications on a regular basis from eligible and dynamic professionals for the following Finance and HR positions for posting anywhere in India.

Vacancy Details

1. Joint General Manager (Finance)

• Number of Vacancies: 01

• Pay Scale: ₹80,000 – ₹2,20,000 (IDA)

• Upper Age Limit: 48 years

• Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance)

• Experience:

  • Minimum 16 years post-qualification experience in Finance

  • At least 2 years in the next lower pay scale or equivalent

• Job Responsibilities:

  • Institutional Finance

  • Budgetary Planning & Control

  • Treasury & Investment Management

  • Accounts, Auditing, Taxation

  • Financial Analysis, MIS, Balance Sheet Management

  • Knowledge of GST and Ind AS is desirable

2. Manager (Finance)

• Number of Vacancies: 04

• Pay Scale: ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000 (IDA)

• Upper Age Limit: 35 years

• Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance)

• Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning & Control

  • Accounts & Auditing

  • Taxation (Direct & Indirect)

  • Coordination with Statutory Auditors

  • MIS & Project Costing

3. Manager (Human Resources)

• Number of Vacancies: 05

• Pay Scale: ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000 (IDA)

• Upper Age Limit: 35 years

• Qualification: MBA / PG Degree / PG Diploma in HR / Personnel Management

• Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience

• Job Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Manpower Planning

  • HR Policy Implementation

  • Training & Development

  • Industrial Relations & Labour Laws

  • Employee Welfare & Legal Matters

4. Deputy Manager (Finance)

• Number of Vacancies: 11

• Pay Scale: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 (IDA)

• Upper Age Limit: 30 years

• Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance)

• Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts & Finance Operations

  • Budget Control

  • Taxation & Auditing

  • MIS & Project Finance

Selection Process
