Key Responsibilities

🔹 Junior Technical Supervisor (Civil)

• Supervision & monitoring of civil construction, renovation, and maintenance works

• Preparation of estimates, BOQ, tenders, and quotations

• Ground-level supervision of office buildings and staff quarters

• Certification of bills based on site measurements

• Liaison with municipal/state authorities

• Structural audit coordination and quality assurance

🔹 Junior Technical Supervisor (Electrical)

• Supervision of electrical & electromechanical systems (AC plants, lifts, DG sets, UPS, CCTV, fire alarms, etc.)

• Monitoring AMC works related to electrical systems

• Preparation of electrical estimates & BOQ

• Bill certification and compliance monitoring

• Coordination with local authorities for approvals

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Civil:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

• Minimum 60% marks

Electrical:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering

• Minimum 60% marks

Experience (Both Posts)

• Minimum 03 years experience in residential/office/commercial building projects

• Experience in Govt./PSU/Bank projects is desirable

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 35 years (as on date of application)

Domicile & Language

• Candidate must be a resident of the city/state applied for

• Proficiency in local/state language is mandatory

Salary / Remuneration

✔ Increment subject to performance evaluation
✔ TA/DA admissible as per NABCONS rules
❌ No accommodation or other allowances

Contract Period

• Initial contract for 11 months

• Extendable based on performance and project requirement
