• Experience: Minimum 10 years, with at least 5 years at a senior level (CISO/Deputy CISO) in the BFSI sector.

• Mandatory Certifications: CISSP or CISA (Additional certifications like CISM, CCISO preferred).

2. Climate Change Specialist – Mitigation

• Age Limit: 35-55 years

• Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Renewable Energy, Climate Science, Energy Engineering, Sustainable Development.

• Experience: At least 12 years, with 4+ years in climate change mitigation projects.

• Skills Required: Project management, renewable energy expertise, grant management, and knowledge of Green Climate Fund (GCF).

3. Climate Change Specialist – Adaptation

• Age Limit: 35-55 years

• Educational Qualification: Master’s in Climate Resilient Agriculture, Water Resource Management, Environmental Science, Hydrology, Natural Resource Management.

• Experience: At least 12 years, with 4+ years in climate change adaptation projects.

• Skills Required: Climate risk assessment, project planning, and experience with international funding agencies.

4. Content Writer

• Age Limit: 21-45 years

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Preferred: English Literature, Journalism, Mass Communication).

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in a reputed organization.

• Job Role: Writing for NABARD publications, press releases, social media content, and corporate communication tasks.

5. Graphic Designer

• Age Limit: 21-45 years

• Educational Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor’s/Master’s in Applied Art, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in a reputed organization.

• Job Role: Designing brochures, advertisements, posters, social media graphics, and branding materials.

Selection Process for NABARD Specialist Recruitment 2025

1. Shortlisting for Interview: Candidates will be shortlisted in a 1:3 ratio based on qualifications and experience.
