Position Title: Software Engineer

Job Summary:

As a Software Development Engineer at Mastercard, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting the Mastercard Open Banking Solution. This is a hands-on technical role requiring expertise in Angular, NodeJS, and MongoDB, along with strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Angular, NodeJS, and MongoDB.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the vision and architecture of Mastercard’s Open Banking platform.

• Translate design and requirements into clean, modular, and high-quality code.

• Write unit tests and maintain code quality using best practices.

• Focus on performance optimization, scalability, and code readability.

• Maintain secure coding standards in alignment with Mastercard’s corporate security responsibilities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Proven experience with Angular, NodeJS, and MongoDB.

• Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software development best practices.

• Knowledge of integrating web services (RESTful APIs).

• Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for technology and innovation.
