Job Details:

• Position 1: Project Manager (Team Lead)

  • Qualification: MBA/PGDM/Masters in Planning

  • Experience: 15+ years in consultancy/transaction advisory in industrial, urban, or infrastructure projects

• Position 2: Financial Expert

  • Qualification: CA/CFA/MBA (Finance)

  • Experience: 10+ years in feasibility and project structuring for real estate, social, industrial, or infrastructure sectors

• Position 3: PPP Expert

  • Qualification: MBA/PGDM/M.Plan/M.Tech/Masters in Public Policy

  • Experience: 8+ years in feasibility, structuring, and successful PPP model execution in the last 5 years

• Position 4: Infrastructure Engineer

  • Qualification: B.Tech (Civil)/M.Tech (Road/Transport/Highway)

  • Experience: B.Tech with 10+ years or M.Tech with 8+ years in infrastructure design & implementation

• Position 5: Architect/Urban Planner

  • Qualification: B.Arch/M.Arch

  • Experience: B.Arch with 9+ years or M.Arch with 6+ years in planning/designing large infrastructure projects

• Position 6: Real Estate Expert

  • Qualification: MBA/B.Tech/B.Planning

  • Experience: 10+ years in infrastructure, real estate, or industrial sectors

• Position 7: Senior E&M Expert

  • Qualification: Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

  • Experience: 10+ years in infrastructure, real estate, or industrial sectors

• Position 8: Environmental Engineer Expert

  • Qualification: Master’s in Environmental Science/Environment Planning/Engineering/Ecology

  • Experience: 10+ years in environmental impact assessments and management plans for infrastructure projects
