1️⃣ Vice-Chancellor (VC)

🔹 Eligibility & Experience:

Candidates must have:

  • Prior experience as Director – Ranking & Accreditation
    OR

  • Experience as Director – IQAC (Internal Quality Assurance Cell)

  • Proven record of academic leadership

  • Strong administrative excellence in higher education institutions

🔹 Preferred Profile:

  • Experience in NAAC/NBA accreditation processes

  • Institutional ranking management (NIRF etc.)

  • Strategic academic planning & governance

This is a senior-most leadership role responsible for overall academic growth, quality enhancement, research development, and institutional expansion.

2️⃣ Director – IQAC (Internal Quality Assurance Cell)

🔹 Required Expertise:

  • Quality Assurance systems in universities

  • Accreditation & compliance management

  • Institutional rankings & performance metrics

  • Academic audits & documentation

🔹 Ideal Candidate Should Have:

  • Strong understanding of NAAC frameworks

  • Experience in preparing SSR, AQAR reports

  • Knowledge of UGC and regulatory compliance

This role is crucial for maintaining academic quality standards and improving university rankings.

3️⃣ Controller of Examinations (COE)

🔹 Required Experience:

  • Examination administration

  • Academic compliance

  • University ERP/Examination systems

  • Result processing & confidential record management

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Smooth conduct of semester examinations

  • Digital evaluation systems

  • Regulatory compliance in academic records

  • Coordination with academic departments

The COE plays a vital role in ensuring transparency and efficiency in the university examination process.
