Role Overview:
As a Junior Associate in Emerging Business Operations, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting merchants and ensuring smooth payment processes. Your responsibilities will include:
Client Support: Serve as the go-to person for merchants, resolving issues quickly and providing empathetic solutions.
Collaboration: Work with multiple teams (FinOps, Tech, Legal, etc.) to provide seamless support and resolve any challenges merchants face.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all interactions using tools like Excel, Freshdesk, and Slack.
Customer-Centric Approach: Always prioritize the needs of merchants and ensure transparency in communication.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: Strong understanding of payment processes or prior experience in managing complex operations.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-first mindset.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment, demonstrating resilience and empathy.
