Qualifications:

1. Principal:

   • A Master’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 55% marks (or an equivalent grade).

   • A minimum of 10 years of experience in teaching and administration in a recognized educational institution.

   • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage academic and non-academic staff effectively.

2. Teaching Professionals:

   • Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, Computer Science:

     • Master’s Degree in the respective subject with a minimum of 55% marks.

     • B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification is preferred.

     • Experience in teaching at the PU College level will be an advantage.

   • Economics, Business Studies, Accountancy:

     • Master’s Degree in the respective subject with a minimum of 55% marks.

     • B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification is desirable.

     • Prior experience in teaching at the PU College level is preferred.

   • Languages (English, Kannada, Hindi, Sanskrit):

     • Master’s Degree in the respective language with a minimum of 55% marks.

     • B.Ed. or equivalent qualification in education is preferred.

     • Experience in teaching the respective subject at the PU level is a plus.

3. Non-Teaching Professionals:

   • Administrative Executives/Manager:

     • Graduate degree in any discipline (preferably in Administration/Management).

     • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in administrative roles.

     • Strong organizational and communication skills.

   • Student Enrollment Counsellors:

     • Graduate degree in Psychology, Education, or related fields.

     • Excellent communication skills with the ability to guide students.

     • Prior experience in student counseling or educational services is desirable.

   • Marketing Executives:

     • Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

     • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing or sales.

     • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

   • Program Advisors (Outbound):

     • Graduate degree in any discipline.

     • Experience in outbound sales or customer service.

     • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.
