🔬 About the Project:

The Tehri Forest Division is inviting applications for the Project Assistant position under the research project titled:
📝 “Hydrological Investigation and Climatic Trend Analysis of a Lesser Himalayan Forested Henval River Catchment, Tehri.”

This is a purely contractual role for a period of 10 months.

💰 Monthly Salary: ₹25,000/- (Fixed)

📌 Essential Qualifications & Experience:

✔ Education:
🎓 Postgraduate or Bachelor’s degree in Forestry / Hydrology / Water / Environmental Science / Botany / Geography or a related discipline from a recognized university.

✔ Preference Given To:
🔹 Candidates with experience in field data collection, hydrology, GIS, or remote sensing.
🔹 Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), GIS software, data analysis tools, and report writing.
🔹 Strong English communication skills (Report writing, research papers, presentations).
🔹 Candidates physically fit to work in field conditions across Tehri Garhwal.
