About the Organization:

The Jharkhand Milk Federation (JMF), formed by the Government of Jharkhand and managed by NDDB, is responsible for collecting, processing, and marketing milk & dairy products under the brand “Medha”. With over 60,000 milk producers, an annual turnover of ₹400+ crores, and modern plants across Hotwar, Deoghar, Koderma, Latehar, Palamu, Sahebgunj, and Sarath, JMF is a key player in Jharkhand’s dairy ecosystem.

JMF is now inviting applications for contractual appointments under the National Milk Recording Programme (NMRP), implemented through the Rashtriya Gokul Mission (RGM).

Current Job Openings :

Contractual Basis (Till 31.03.2026)

1. Designation: Project Officer
   No. of Posts: 01
   Department: Productivity Enhancement
   Qualification: Graduate in Veterinary Science
   Experience: Relevant work experience preferred
   Salary: ₹75,000/month (Inclusive of statutory components)

2. Designation: Project Supervisor
   No. of Posts: 03
   Qualification: Diploma/Graduate in Animal Sciences
   Experience: Relevant experience preferred
   Salary: ₹28,000/month (Inclusive of statutory components)

3. Designation: Milk Tester
   No. of Posts: 01
   Qualification: Literate
   Experience: Not mandatory
   Salary: ₹18,000/month (Inclusive of statutory components)

Note: Selection will be based on qualifications, experience, and performance in the interview. Candidates may be placed in higher or lower grades accordingly.
