Qualification Criteria:

For GMIT (as per AICTE norms):

• Professor: Ph.D. in the relevant discipline with at least 10 years of teaching/research/industry experience, including 3 years as Associate Professor; strong publication record.

• Associate Professor: Ph.D. with a minimum of 8 years of experience in teaching/research/industry; at least 2 research publications.

• Assistant Professor: Master’s degree (M.E./M.Tech/M.Sc/MA) in the relevant field with first class or equivalent; NET/SET qualified where applicable.

For Flemming College of Pharmacy (as per PCI norms):

• Professor: Ph.D. in the relevant field with minimum 10 years of teaching/research/industry experience and significant publications.

• Associate Professor: M.Pharm with at least 5 years teaching/research experience or Ph.D. with 3+ years experience.

• Assistant Professor: M.Pharm in relevant specialization with first class.

• Laboratory Technician: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field with practical lab experience.
