1.Project Manager
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (CS/IT/ECE/EEE) / M.C.A / M.Sc (IT/CS/Electronics) / MBA (IT)
Experience: 7+ years (incl. 2 years as PM in software/eGov projects)
Skills: Project handling, Java/.NET, Networking, SDLC, Software Testing
2. Software Programmer
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech / M.C.A / M.Sc. in CS/IT/ECE/EEE
Experience: 3 years in .NET / Java (Android knowledge preferred)
Skills: MVC, .NET 3.5+, SQL, JavaScript, J2EE
3. Assistant Programmer
Same qualification as above
Experience: 1 year in .NET/Java-based software development
4. IT Assistant
Qualification: Any Graduate + DCA from recognized institute
Experience: 1 year in IT/eGov field
Typing Speed: Hindi – 25 wpm, English – 30 wpm
5. Help Desk Manager
Qualification: Graduation + Computer Diploma
Experience: 3 years in IT help desk, support roles

Selection Process
