2. Consultant / Associate Consultant – BharatNet Project (Himachal Pradesh)

Locations:

• Consultants: Dharamshala, Solan, Hamirpur, Mandi, Shimla

• Associate Consultants: Dharamshala, Solan, Hamirpur, Mandi, Shimla

Eligibility Criteria

➤ Advisor

• Retired Govt. Officers (minimum Joint Secretary/E9 Level) or private professionals

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Telecom/Project Management/Data Centre

➤ Consultant

• Retired Govt. Officers (Deputy Secretary/E6 level) or private professionals

• Minimum 10 years of experience in BharatNet/GPON/other telecom projects

➤ Associate Consultant

• Retired or private professionals

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Telecom Networking or related projects

Age Limit: Maximum 65 years (relaxable in exceptional cases)

Remuneration

Note: No additional perks like DA, housing, etc. Only TA/DA during official travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Project planning and execution

• Business development in government/private sectors

• Team leadership and mentoring

• Network design & implementation (for technical roles)

• Client relationship management

• Proposal preparation and technology consultation
