For UG (Bangalore University), PGDM (AICTE Approved), and PhD (Mysore University)

Eligibility:
PhD/PGDM/MCA/BBA/B.Com/BCA from reputed institutions
Minimum 8+ years of experience
Excellent communication, interpersonal, IT & analytics skills
Preference will be given to candidates with corporate background
Candidates residing within 20 km of campus or willing to relocate
RESEARCH GUIDE
Eligibility:
PhD with minimum 15+ years teaching experience
8+ years post-PhD experience
Must have publications indexed in Scopus/ABDC
Experience in guiding PhD students is essential
Well-networked within academic and research communities
MANAGER – PLACEMENTS
Eligibility:
8+ years of relevant experience
Strong communication & corporate networking skills
Preferred: Experience with HR consultancies, B2B corporate marketing, or educational institute placements
