Qualification Details:

For Faculty Positions :

• Educational Qualification:

  • As per UGC and AICTE norms.

  • A Ph.D. in the relevant discipline is highly preferred.

  • For Assistant Professors, candidates with NET/SLET qualification will be considered.

  • Postgraduate degree (minimum 55%) in the relevant subject is essential for all teaching positions.

• Experience:

  • For Professors and Associate Professors: Minimum 8–10 years of teaching/research/industry experience in a recognized institution.

  • For Assistant Professors: Teaching or research experience is preferred but freshers with strong academic background may also apply.

• Desirable:

  • Candidates with a strong research profile, publications in UGC/Scopus indexed journals, participation in conferences, patents, and involvement in funded projects will be given preference.

For Non-Teaching Positions:

• Placement Manager / MarCom / Digital Marketing / Incubation Trainer:

  • Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the respective field.

  • 3–5 years of professional experience required.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and industry coordination skills preferred.

• Lab Assistants (Forensic Science & Psychology):

  • Bachelor’s degree in the respective discipline.

  • Minimum 1–2 years of lab work or academic assistance experience.

• MIS Executive (CRC):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.

  • 0–2 years of experience in data entry, reporting, and system maintenance.
