Essential Educational Qualification

For Management Trainee (Banking Operations)

Graduation

• Minimum 60% aggregate marks / equivalent CGPA

• Minimum 3 years full-time course

• Recognised by UGC / AICTE / Government

AND

Post-Graduation OR CA

• MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS
  Specialization:

  • Finance

  • International Business

  • Foreign Trade

• Minimum 2 years full-time

• Minimum 60% marks / CGPA

OR

• Chartered Accountant (CA)

• Passing professional exam sufficient

• ICAI membership mandatory

📌 Distance / Part-time / Open / Correspondence courses are NOT eligible

Final Year Candidates Eligibility

• Candidates appearing in final PG/CA exam in January 2026 are eligible

• Must produce proof of qualification by 01 June 2026

Skills Required

• Excellent communication skills

• Proficiency in computers & IT

• Strong understanding of finance and banking concepts

Age Limit (As on 31 December 2025)

• Minimum Age: 21 Years

• Maximum Age: 28 Years

Pay Scale & Training Stipend

• Monthly Stipend during Training: ₹65,000

• Training Period: 1 Year

• Post Training Designation: Deputy Manager (JM-I)

Pay Scale (JM-I):

₹48,480 – 85,920
(as per IBA 12th Bipartite Settlement)
