Qualification: 3-year full-time Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Age Limit: 25 years
2️⃣ Junior Executive (Electrical) – 17 Posts
Qualification: 3-year full-time Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Age Limit: 25 years
3️⃣ Junior Executive (Instrumentation) – 6 Posts
Qualification: 3-year full-time Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering
Age Limit: 25 years
4️⃣ Junior Executive (Chemical) – 1 Post
Qualification: 3-year full-time Diploma in Chemical Engineering
Age Limit: 25 years
5️⃣ Junior Executive (Fire & Safety) – 28 Posts
Qualification: Any Science Graduate + Diploma in Fire & Safety
Age Limit: 25 years

Selection Process
HPCL will conduct multiple stages for selection:
Stage 1: Computer-Based Test (CBT) – Aptitude & Technical Questions
Stage 2: Group Task / Group Discussion
Stage 3: Personal Interview & Skill Test
Stage 4: Medical Examination & Physical Fitness Test
Minimum qualifying marks are required at each stage to proceed further.
Salary & Benefits
Pay Scale: ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000 per month
Approx. CTC: ₹10.58 Lakh per annum (includes DA, HRA, Performance Pay, etc.)
