Educational Qualifications & Eligibility Criteria

For Faculty Positions:

As per AICTE & GGSIPU norms:

• Assistant Professor:

  • Master’s Degree (M.E. / M.Tech. / MBA / M.Sc.) in the relevant discipline with First Class or equivalent at both UG and PG levels.

  • Strong academic record with subject knowledge in respective fields such as CSE, AI, ML, Data Science, Cyber Security, Mathematics, or Business Administration.

• Associate Professor:

  • Ph.D. in the relevant discipline is mandatory.

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in teaching, research, or industry in the relevant area.

  • At least 2 research papers published in refereed journals (SCI/Scopus/UGC).

• Professor:

  • Ph.D. in the relevant discipline is mandatory.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in teaching, research, or industry, including at least 3 years at the level of Associate Professor.

  • Proven academic leadership and a strong record of published research, guidance of Ph.D. scholars, or patents/publications.

🔹 Desirable:

• Candidates with experience in NEP 2020-compliant curriculum, online teaching tools, and AI/ML or emerging technologies will be preferred.

• Strong communication and mentoring skills are expected.
