HAL has announced a total of 9 vacancies for multiple posts under the non-executive cadre. Selected candidates will be engaged on a four-year tenure basis, with a possibility of extension based on performance and organizational requirements.
1️⃣ Technician (Mechanical) – 6 Vacancies
Qualification: 3-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institute.
Category-wise vacancies: UR-4, OBC-2
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as of 1st March 2025.
Salary: ₹23,000 per month (Basic Pay) + Dearness Allowance (DA) + House Rent Allowance (HRA) + Perks @ 25% of Basic Pay.
2️⃣ Technician (Civil) – 1 Vacancy
Qualification: 3-year Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute.
Category: UR-1
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as of 1st March 2025.
Salary: ₹23,000 per month + DA + HRA + Perks.
3️⃣ Accounts Assistant – 1 Vacancy
Qualification: B.Com under 10+2+3 pattern from a recognized university + Professional Certificate in PC Operations (minimum 3 months course).
Category: PwBD-HI (Hearing Impaired) – 1
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as of 1st March 2025.

Category: PwBD-VI (Visually Impaired) – 1
