Job Details (Position-wise)

1. Project/Engagement Manager – 1 Post

• Educational Qualification: Postgraduate in MBA/MPA/MPP/M.Ed (IPE) or equivalent.

• Experience: Min. 10 years in education/skilling; 3 years with Indian state governments.

• Remuneration: ₹3,00,000/month

• Age Limit: Below 50 years

2. Senior Consultant – 1 Post

• Educational Qualification: Postgraduate in any discipline. Proficiency in MS Office, AI tools. Desirable: MBA/MPA/MPP/M.Ed (IPE).

• Experience: Min. 5 years in education/skilling; 2 years with govt. projects

• Remuneration: ₹2,00,000/month

• Age Limit: Below 50 years

3. Consultant – 1 Post

• Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; Proficiency in MS Office & AI tools. Desirable: Postgraduate with skills in Tableau, Power BI, Python, SQL.

• Experience: Min. 3 years total work exp.; 1 year in education sector

• Remuneration: ₹1,00,000/month

• Age Limit: Below 50 years
