  Eligibility & Qualifications:

  For Engineering & Technology (CSE, IT, ECE, Robotics, AI, etc.):

  • B.E./B.Tech. and M.E./M.Tech. or Integrated M.Tech. in the relevant discipline with First Class in either degree

  • Relevant disciplines include: CSE, IT, ECE, Automation, Robotics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Electrical & Electronics, AI, Data Science

  • Equivalency of branch per AICTE guidelines

  For Sciences (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics):

  • Master’s Degree with 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in the relevant subject

  • NET/SLET/SET qualified OR Ph.D. awarded in accordance with UGC Regulations (2009/2016 or later)

  • Ph.D. holders from top 500 ranked foreign universities are exempted from NET/SLET/SET

  • Academic score as per UGC Appendix II (Table 3A) will be used for shortlisting

  Application Fee:

  • ₹1500/- for UR, OBC, and EWS candidates

  • ₹1000/- for SC, ST, and PwD candidates
