Salary:

• Annual Salary: ₹12 Lakhs to ₹1.5 Crores
  (Based on qualifications, experience, and leadership roles)

Qualifications & Experience:

• Executive Dean / Dean / Associate Dean:

  • Ph.D. with a proven track record in academics

  • Demonstrated leadership in managing large academic teams

  • Strategic planning and global academic exposure preferred

• Professor:

  • Ph.D. with 15+ years of teaching/research experience

  • Minimum 3 years as Associate Professor

  • Proven record of Ph.D. supervision and publications

• Associate Professor:

  • Ph.D. with minimum 8 years of experience

  • At least 3 years as Assistant Professor in a relevant field

• Assistant Professor:

  • Ph.D. in relevant discipline

  • Minimum 3 years of teaching/research experience

Preference will be given to candidates from IIMs, IITs, and globally recognized institutions.
