Qualifications:
For Professors / Associate Professors / Assistant Professors:
Must possess a Ph.D. in the relevant discipline from a recognized university/institute (as per AICTE norms).
Master’s Degree (MBA/PGDM) with first class or equivalent in the appropriate branch.
Demonstrated excellence in teaching, research, and academic contribution.
Prior academic or industry experience in Energy Management, Entrepreneurship, General Management, Marketing, HR, or Finance will be preferred.
Candidates should have published research work in peer-reviewed/Scopus/UGC/ABDC-listed journals.
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills are essential.
For Research Associate:
Master’s degree in Management or a related field with excellent academic credentials.
Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in research work or working in higher educational institutions.
Proficiency in data analysis tools, academic writing, and report generation is desirable.
