Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Management Trainee (MT):
B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics OR
Postgraduate in Economics (for Research & Analysis) OR
LLB for Legal OR
Master’s in Hindi/English for Rajbhasha.
Deputy Manager (Legal): Graduate in Law with minimum 60%.
Chief Manager (Compliance): Associate Membership of ICSI with experience.
Age Limit (As of Feb 28, 2025)
Management Trainee: 28 years (UR/EWS), 31 years (OBC), 33 years (SC/ST).
Deputy Manager: 30 years (UR), 33 years (OBC).
Chief Manager: Maximum 40 years.
Selection Process
The recruitment process includes:
Written Examination (Subjective + Objective)
Personal Interview

SC/ST/PwBD/EWS/Female Candidates: ₹100

Salary & Training
Management Trainee: ₹65,000/month (Training). After training, they will be absorbed as Deputy Managers (Grade I).
Deputy Manager (Grade I): ₹48,480 – ₹85,920 + Allowances.
Chief Manager (Grade III): ₹85,920 – ₹1,05,280 + Allowances.
