Position: Quality Control Engineer
Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra
Experience Required: 8 to 15 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct site quality inspections and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor quality standards across projects like WTP (Water Treatment Plant), STP (Sewage Treatment Plant), ESR (Elevated Service Reservoirs), and Water/Sewer Pipelines.
Verify Project Progress Reports (PPRs), quality documentation, and material testing results.
Liaise with contractors, site engineers, and clients to resolve quality issues.
Prepare detailed site audit reports, material test summaries, and quality checklists.
Enforce strict adherence to IS codes, BOQ, and technical guidelines.
Skills Required:
Solid understanding of QA/QC processes in large water and sewerage infrastructure projects.
Knowledge of mix designs, third-party lab testing, and material compliance standards.
Proficiency in documentation, quality audit reports, and MS Office; AutoCAD preferred.
Must be willing to travel extensively across project sites.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Special Note:
1. Candidates based in Maharashtra will be preferred.
2.Retired Government Engineers with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
