The Delhi State Health Mission (DSHM) has announced recruitment for various medical and non-medical posts under the National Tuberculosis Elimination Program (NTEP). This recruitment is on a contractual basis, and selected candidates will be placed in different locations across Delhi.

DSHM has announced 192 vacancies for multiple medical and non-medical positions. The key roles include:

Medical Officer – 8 vacancies
Lab Technician – 42 vacancies
Senior Treatment Supervisor (STS) – 42 vacancies
Microbiologist – 2 vacancies
Accounts Assistant – 25 vacancies
TB Health Visitor (TBHV) – 23 vacancies
Senior TB Lab Supervisor (STLS) – 8 vacancies
Senior DRTB/TB-HIV Supervisor – 4 vacancies
State Public Private Mix Coordinator – 1 vacancy
District Public Private Mix Coordinator – 11 vacancies
SDS Storekeeper/Pharmacist – 2 vacancies
Store Assistant – 2 vacancies
Counselor – 11 vacancies
District Program Coordinator – 11 vacancies

Eligibility Criteria

Medical Officers must have an MBBS degree registered with the Delhi Medical Council.
Lab Technicians should have a B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or a Diploma in MLT.
Microbiologists must have a Ph.D., M.Sc., or MD in Microbiology with relevant experience.
Senior Treatment Supervisors (STS) should have a Bachelor’s degree, a computer course certification, and a valid two-wheeler driving license.
Accounts Assistants must have a B.Com degree along with a certificate in Tally or Accounting Software and at least two years of experience.
TB Health Visitors (TBHV) should hold a Science graduate degree or a health-related certification.
Counselors need a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, or Psychology.
District Program Coordinators should have an MBA or PG Diploma in Management with at least one year of experience.

The maximum age limit for most positions is 45 years. Age relaxation is applicable:

SC/ST candidates get 5 years of relaxation.
OBC candidates get 3 years of relaxation.
PwBD and Ex-Servicemen get additional relaxations as per government norms.

Salary Details

Medical Officer: ₹71,550/- per month
Lab Technician: ₹37,000/- per month
Senior Treatment Supervisor: ₹28,853/- per month
Microbiologist: ₹50,000 – ₹85,050 per month
Accounts Assistant: ₹28,853/- per month
Counselor: ₹35,000/- per month
District Program Coordinator: ₹27,500/- per month
