Qualification: Essential – Master’s degree in Horticulture (or related discipline) with NET qualification from ICAR/UGC/CSIR or a similar test accredited by UGC/State. For candidates with a Ph.D. (awarded in regular mode with proper external evaluation, conducted viva-voce, requisite publications, and conference presentations), NET may be exempted. Retired University/College teachers of the concerned discipline are also eligible.
