Eligibility Criteria

• Nationality: Indian

• Educational Qualification:
  BE / BTech / ME / MTech / PhD / MBA / PGDM / CA / ICWA / MA Hindi (as per post)

• Experience:
  From Nil (for Trainees) up to 16 years for senior executive posts

• Minimum Marks: 55% (Relaxation applicable for SC/ST/PwBD candidates)

Age Limit (As on 31 January 2026)

• Deputy General Manager (E5): Up to 48 Years

• Senior Manager / E4: Up to 42 Years

• Deputy Engineer / Personnel Officer (E1): Up to 30 Years

• Graduate Engineer Trainee: Up to 27 Years

• Management Trainee: Up to 29 Years

• Contractual Hindi Officer: Up to 63 Years

Age Relaxation

• SC/ST: 5 years

• OBC (NCL): 3 years

• PwBD: Up to 15 years

• J&K Domicile (1980–1989): 5 years

• MTech / PhD holders: Additional relaxation as per rules

Pay Scale & Salary

• E5 Grade: ₹80,000 – ₹2,20,000 (Approx. CTC ₹23.87 LPA)

• E4 Grade: ₹70,000 – ₹2,00,000 (Approx. CTC ₹20.94 LPA)

• E1 Grade: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 (Approx. CTC ₹12.14 LPA)

• Graduate / Management Trainee:
  ₹40,000 per month (1st year)
  ₹45,000 per month (2nd year)

• Contractual Posts:
  ₹60,000 – ₹75,000 per month

Additional benefits include DA, HRA, Medical, PF, Gratuity, Uniform & Canteen facilities as per CEL rules.
