Location: Gurgaon / Lucknow

Job Type: Fixed-Term Contract (FTC)

Department: Infrastructure Projects (Silo & Material Handling preferred)

Experience: Minimum 12 years

Qualification: B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the project site team for mobilization, coordination, and execution of civil works.

• Prepare detailed activity schedules and implement plans aligned with HO planning.

• Monitor execution progress, identify and close schedule/quality gaps.

• Manage risk through preparation and regular updates of the Risk Register.

• Certify contractor invoices and maintain a register for extra items and amendments.

• Coordinate all stakeholder teams, ensuring adherence to safety and statutory norms.

• Ensure all site activities comply with contractual and legal standards.

• Report and mitigate risks such as delays, cost overruns, or contractual disputes.

• Administer contracts, ensuring full compliance with company HSE policies.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil Engineering

• Minimum 12 years of total experience in infrastructure projects

• Preference for candidates with experience in silo and material handling erection projects

• Strong leadership, scheduling, risk management, and site coordination skills
