1. Senior Engineer (Physical Design Engineer)

   • Job Code: SoC01

   • Qualification: M.E/M.Tech in VLSI Design or Microelectronics

   • Number of Posts: 2

   • Experience Required: Minimum 2 years post-qualification

   • CTC/Pay Scale: Approx. ₹14 Lakhs per annum / ₹50,000–3%–₹1,60,000

2. Senior Engineer (Antenna Design)

   • Job Code: ANT01

   • Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Electronics Engineering

 Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

• SOC01: M.E./M.Tech in VLSI Design/Microelectronics with First Class.

• Other Posts: B.E./B.Tech in Electronics or Mechanical (as per discipline), from AICTE-approved institute/university.

Note: Candidates must possess degrees in the exact disciplines mentioned. CGPA-based degrees must be accompanied by conversion formula.

Experience:

• Post-qualification industry/defence lab experience is mandatory.

• Experience as trainee/contractual/fixed-tenure will not be considered.

 Detailed Job Role & Key Skills:

SOC01 – Physical Design Engineer

• PD flow development, synthesis, STA setup, timing convergence, SoC PnR, clock tree synthesis.

• Tools: Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor Graphics.

• Scripting: Perl, Tcl.

MEC01 – Mechanical Engineer

• CAE simulations: Structural, Thermal, Vibration, CFD.

• Tools: ANSYS, Nastran, Fluent, Star CCM+, Icepak.

RWS01 – Radar & Weapon Systems

• Radar signal processing: FFT, CFAR, Doppler, Beamforming.

• Tools: MATLAB, C/C++, VHDL, DSP optimization.

ANT01 – Antenna Design

• HF to Microwave antenna design, simulation, and testing.

• Tools: CST, HFSS, FEKO, ADS, Allegro.
